LDS Ads Manager is an internal application used to manage, analyze, and review Amazon Ads activity for our own Amazon advertising account. It is not offered as a public SaaS product or service to third parties.
When authorized through Amazon Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API, LDS Ads Manager may access advertising and account-related information made available by Amazon, including campaign data, ad group data, keywords, search terms, targeting data, bids, budgets, impressions, clicks, spend, sales, orders, attributed performance data, advertised product data, purchased product data, and related reporting information.
We use this information only for internal advertising management purposes, including reporting, performance monitoring, weekly advertising reviews, campaign analysis, bid and budget review, keyword and product targeting analysis, historical performance tracking, and human-reviewed optimization decisions.
Advertising recommendations may be generated or organized by internal software, but material campaign changes are subject to human review and approval before execution.
We do not sell Amazon Ads data or personal information. We do not provide Amazon Ads data to unrelated third parties except where necessary to operate our internal systems, comply with applicable law, or meet Amazon requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect credentials, access tokens, advertising data, and related account information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems.
We retain advertising and reporting data only as long as reasonably necessary for internal reporting, historical analysis, operational needs, security, and compliance purposes. Data may be deleted when it is no longer required.
Access to Amazon account and advertising data is based on authorization granted through Amazon. Authorization may be revoked through the applicable Amazon account or authorization settings. After revocation, the application will no longer be able to retrieve new data through the revoked authorization.
This privacy policy page does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. Standard infrastructure logs may be generated by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our internal application, Amazon API requirements, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
